Your data is solely used to connect you with industry mentors, assist you in applying for Government grants (like iStart Rajasthan), and provide personalized incubation services.

We do not sell or rent your data to any third-party marketing agencies. Data is only shared with trusted investors, mentors, or Government officials directly involved in your funding and growth process.

All your sensitive documents and confidential startup details are stored in an encrypted format on our secure cloud servers.

Startup Jaipur's core incubation program, expert mentorship, and Government grant assistance are completely FREE and operate on a Zero-Equity model. Therefore, no payments or refunds are applicable for these core services.

If you voluntarily opt for any paid premium services from the Startup Jaipur IT panel, such as Website Development, App Development, or customized CA Services, the upfront payment is strictly non-refundable as technical resources and manpower are allocated immediately upon confirmation.

In the rare event that a double payment is deducted from your account due to a technical glitch or server timeout, the excess amount will be automatically refunded to your original source account within 5-7 working days.
